1. Agency service agreement

We provide branding and design, web development, local SEO, paid advertising, and strategy consulting. The scope, deliverables, payment terms, and timelines for any client engagement are set out in a separate service agreement, which takes precedence over this page.

2. Intellectual property

Except where a client service agreement states otherwise, the materials published on this website (including copy, designs, code, and animations) remain the property of Kelvo.online and are protected by copyright. Reproducing or reusing them commercially requires our prior written consent.

Work produced for a client under a signed agreement transfers to that client as set out in the agreement, including full ownership of their website, code, accounts, and data.

3. User responsibilities

You agree to use this website lawfully. You must not introduce malicious code, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or run automated crawls that degrade site performance for other visitors.

4. Limitations of liability

We work to keep this site accurate and available, but we do not accept liability for indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from downtime, third-party platform changes, or discrepancies in data held on external listing and citation services.
