Key Outcome
“They had a digital foundation built to support long-term growth.”
The Opportunity
A1 Roofing Dallas had spent years earning a reputation the honest way: good workmanship and homeowners who told their neighbors about it. What they did not have was a website doing any real work on behalf of that reputation.
The site read as an online business card. It listed who the company was and what it did, but it was not helping homeowners find them in search, and it was not nudging anyone who landed there toward the next step.
So the brief was never really a redesign. It was to build something that brought in qualified leads consistently, made requesting an estimate easy, and cleaned up everything that happened after a form was submitted: a foundation that kept working instead of leaning on referrals and paid ads forever.
Understanding the Challenges
Before touching any design, we walked the site the way a homeowner with a leaking roof would. A few problems showed up immediately.
Nothing guided a visitor toward requesting an estimate. The information was there, but it was not arranged so that taking action felt like the obvious next move.
The site also had almost no chance of ranking for individual roofing services, because it was not structured around the way people actually search: nobody types 'roofing company', they type 'storm damage roof repair'.
And every inquiry that did come through still had to be handled by hand, which added admin work and meant response times slipped exactly when the team was busiest.
None of these were disasters on their own. Together they added friction at every step of the customer journey.
Kelvo.online's Approach
We stopped treating the website as a standalone deliverable and started treating it as the hub of a larger system.
Every decision, from page structure to automation, came back to a single question: how do we make it easier for someone to become a customer? That framing shaped every phase that followed.
Website Strategy
A roofing website has one job: help a homeowner decide quickly whether they trust you enough to ask for an estimate.
We rebuilt the site around that, stripping out distractions so the important actions were impossible to miss. Navigation was simplified so visitors reached the service they came for straight away.
Each major roofing service got a dedicated page rather than a shared paragraph. That gave prospects information relevant to their specific problem and gave search engines something substantial to rank.
Throughout, we added clear calls to action, visible trust signals, customer-focused copy, and estimate forms that are genuinely easy to complete on a phone.
Speed was treated as a feature. Faster pages mean a better experience and stronger search performance, so performance work ran through the whole build.
Search Visibility (SEO & AEO)
A good website only matters if people find it. With the rebuild done, we focused on visibility in both traditional search and the newer AI-driven search experiences.
Rather than chasing keyword volume, we built pages around the questions homeowners actually ask when hunting for a roofer. Roof replacement, storm damage, inspections, leak repair, insurance claims, and emergency call-outs each got room to stand alone.
Behind the scenes we handled the technical layer: metadata, a sensible page hierarchy, internal linking, and schema markup so search engines could read the site accurately.
As AI search grows, organizing content clearly and answering real questions matters more, not less. That shaped how every service page was written.
CRM Integration
Generating leads is half the job. Managing them well is the other half.
Every estimate request and contact submission now flows straight into the company's CRM, so new opportunities are tracked from the moment someone reaches out.
Instead of copying details between inboxes and spreadsheets, the team sees new inquiries immediately and can start following up, which is better for them and better for the customer waiting on a reply.
Automation
The clearest opportunity was cutting the manual work that happened after a form submission.
New inquiries now trigger immediate notifications, so nobody finds out about a lead hours later. Customers get confirmation that their request went through, which removes the uncertainty of wondering whether it sent. Internal workflows sort incoming leads and take care of the repetitive admin.
The point was never to remove the human element. It was to give the team more time for customers and less time on process.
AI Implementation
AI is easy to bolt onto a project for its own sake, and doing that rarely produces anything valuable.
Here it was introduced only where it improved efficiency or made the customer experience better: organizing information, supporting communication, smoothing internal workflows. Each use tied back to something the company does every day.
Technology should solve problems, not add new ones to manage.

The Outcome
By the end of the project A1 Roofing Dallas had considerably more than a new website. The site now gives homeowners a better experience from the first click, while the CRM and automation handle new opportunities behind the scenes. Instead of sitting there as a brochure, it actively attracts visitors, converts them into leads, and supports the team through the sales process: a system built to keep working long after launch.
